With the Deutsche Oper Berlin Ballet, Marek danced various roles in works by world famous classical and contemporary choreographers. Marek was then invited to join the Staatsoper Berlin under the direction of Michael Denard, where his duties included being a soloist, company ballet master, ballet teacher and choreographer, which all broadened his experience in the world of dance. Marek was then invited to become first ballet master and choreographer’s assistant to Peter Schaufuss and his Dance Company in Denmark. He then furthered his education for one year choreographing and teaching ballet all over Europe and finished at the Institut de Pédagogie et de Recherche Chorégraphiques in Paris in the Centre National de la Danse.
